Talent Expectations

Lil Angels Unlimited and LAU are happy to take on new clients of any experience level. We’ve developed green talent into highly successful actors as well as helped more established clients reach the next level in their career.

Dedication

We expect you to be as committed to your career as we are. This is a business, not a hobby, and you should treat it as such. We require you to have professional headshots, media materials, casting profiles, and keep them updated.

Headshots are a HUGE part of the pitching process and we need pictures that accurately represent your appearance in order to get you in for auditions and to ensure that you currently have the right look for the auditions we get you in for.

We also expect you to put in the proper preparation for auditions, which means arriving on time and knowing your lines. Your performance and behavior reflects on us as a company and we want to feel confident sending you to auditions, just as you can feel confident that we’re working diligently for you behind the scenes.

Communication

We are your connection with agents, casting, and productions, among others. It’s important to be reachable by email and phone at all times!

If we can’t get in touch with you and we have to cancel you for auditions, it looks bad! Agents and Casting directors remember unreliable names. If there is a specific way that is best to contact you, or dates that you know you will be unavailable, LET US KNOW.

The more informed we are, the better job we can do. We work with you to understand your goals, strengths and interests, hone your existing skills, and help to develop you with our team.

Perseverance

Acting is not for the faint of heart. It is a career path that can be tough, and include facing rejection. We need you to be prepared and willing to persevere through these hardships. You may be rejected 99 times, but it just takes the right 1 booking to give your career the push it needs.

If you take all these actions and make these preparations we’ll be able to give our all in building a successful acting career with you!

Jackie knows how to make sure actors do all that is expected of them by the entertainment industry while being a supportive and guiding hand for both new and experienced talent.
